Wayang Golek Interactive Party Entertainment

Excerpts of action of Wayang Golek of Sunda (Rod puppets of West Java) are constantly being evolved and can be used for interactive party entertainment. Colourful characters meet the audience, sometimes interfering with their meal, drink or hairstyle. These may be combined with live music and (where appropriate) Indian string puppets.

Poetry in Dancing Shadows

Shadow Play with 2 performers

Contemporary European shadow techniques using the body and an array of objects and materials portray poetic images and exciting dancing shadows as a technical demonstration piece for professional training sessions.
